The Story so far

It all began with the ambitions of 4 Italian friends that worked together in Edinburgh for 10 years - Giuliano, Angelo, Domenico and Pietro. One day they decided the time was right to work for themselves. So it began - 'Giulianos Partnership', Giuliano and Angelo the Italian Hosts and Domenico and Pietro the Italian Chefs - The Perfect Partnership. Our first restaurant opened in May 1990 and became an instant success, renowned country wide for excellent food, fine wine and the friendliest Italian atmosphere.
