It all began with the ambitions of 4 Italian friends whom had been working together in Edinburgh for 10 years - Giuliano, Angelo, Domenico and Pietro.  One day they decided it was time to start working for themselves.  And so it began - 'Giuliano's Partnership'.  Giuliano and Angelo being the Italian Hosts and Domenico and Pietro The Italian Chef's - the perfect partnership.

The first restaurant opened on 8^th May 1990 and became an instant success.  Positioned right opposite The Edinburgh Playhouse, it is one of the best sites in Edinburgh, and is renowned country wide for excellent food, fine wine and a friendly Italian atmosphere.
